Sugar magnolia....
"ringin' that blue bell
caught up in sunlight
come on out singing
I'll walk you in the sunshine
come on honey, come along with me"
sunshine in seattle is such a powerful thing. maybe because we've waited so long to see it. maybe it's the amazing backdrop seattle provides the sun with all its green. or maybe i have 'SAD' -- since when the sun comes out, i find myself energized and elated. sneaking in a run no matter what, dancing a cajun rhythm with the little dude, singing out loud, feeling the need to sit on the ground and chat it up with someone, share a few stories and laughs as the sun sets (over wine of course). crazy in the sunshine, yes indeed.
i also must remind myself to always travel with my camera, you never know when there will be a spectacular sight to be captured. this morning as the sun was shining, the fog was still clinging to the water. it created a mystical view as cranes poked out one end of the fog. very cool shot, but no camera, so just a photograph for my mind today.
sunshine daydream. love it. smile. smile. smile.
"breathing more freely. light out singing.
I'll walk you out in the morning sunshine.
sunshine daydream....
...walk you in the sunshine."

Beautiful! I get giddy in this Seattle sun as well. This week we crossed the road and sat down in the grass with our pre-teen neighbors. It was so peaceful and neighborly! Ahhh, we love you sunshine!
